So this was our last art project outside of school. It wasnt too bad, and overall I'm happy with it. I just wish I would have made the hands do something, like holding objects or along those lines. Its just too blahh. But i got 20/20 on it, tons of comments, and a great comment on the upper left hand. Is my fav. one. Not too ashamed of this one!
Time Taken: 8-10 hours
Medium: .5 mechanical pencil, range of graphite pencils, kneaded eraser and blending stick.
Comment: I critize my art alot and I always think its worse than it is. But this Im pretty happy with. As I said, the upper left hand is my fav. I was shading it and next thing I knew it looked wonderful. My art teacher said it reminded her of the DaVinche paintings with the guy extending his arm out. that was cool. Ummm the other shaded hand isnt as good cause the picture was really dark so it was mostly shadows. And the top two are so nice, the contour line drawings dont look so well. Too bad they cant be shaded too. O well.
Yea, Im usually at puttputt and lost nation on the weekends. I dont get to play as much as I used to, which makes me sad but I've been busy. Im hoping this summer ill get back into it alot more, once I get more money and more time. ^-^

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
